Camas Post February 12, 1915
Complaint was recently made to the authorities by Mrs. Snyder and Mrs. Perry 
of Oak Park that a young man named Bogart, who resided in that section, was 
persistently anoying them with attentions and they asked that the sherrif take 
steps to protect them from the annoyance. The sheriff sent a deputy to 
investigate, and it is stated Bogart was warned to demean himself properly. 
Tuesday; however, the sheriff was notified that Bogart's actions had not 
improved, and he motored over from Vancouver and took Bogart in charge. 
Bogart's conduct has been such as to cause the belief that he is somewhat 
deranged mentally, and it is understood his mental state was to be examined by 
a competent physician.
