The sheriff sent a deputy to investigate, and it is stated Bogart was warned to demean himself properly. Tuesday; however, the sheriff was notified that Bogart's actions had not improved, and he motored over from Vancouver and took Bogart in charge. Bogart's conduct has been such as to cause the belief that he is somewhat deranged mentally, and it is understood his mental state was to be examined by a competent physician.
