Morning Oregonian September 16, 1904
Vancouver,Wash.,Sept.15-(Special)- City Marshal Armsrong of Logan,Or., arrived 
here today and positively identified White,alias Waldo,who is held here on 
charges of forgeries committed in the East.The Marshall had gone to Olympia to 
secure an extradition warrant,so that he may take the prisoner from the state.
