LaCamas Post February 29, 1908
Death has been reaping a bountiful harvest in this section.Last Saturday 
Mr.Nichols,whho has been very ill for several weeks died.He was buried at 
Clatskanie,Oregon,Monday.
Mrs.Jos. Schlitt died in a Portland hospital Friday of last week.She,too,has 
been sick for several months.her remains were shipped to New York for burial.
Miss Julia Frebal died at the home of her uncle,P.I.Aune,Tuesday morning of 
inflammation of the stomach.Miss Frebel lived with her Grandmother,Mrs.C.Olsen 
since infncy and was well known as Julia Olson.Practically her whoel life was 
spent here and many friends were shocked to learn fo her death,as she had been 
sick but a short time.She was an acoompished young lady with more than 
ordinary musical ability.Her attentiveness to her grandmother who she always 
addressed as "mother" showed the beautiful spirit of the girl.Internment was 
in the Washougal cemetery yesterday afternoon.
