Marion Beaglr came home from Portladn Saturday,but had to return Sunday. Mr.Wm.Robinson,who had finished plowing his potato patch and being tired after walking behind the plough all morning,decided that although his horse was as tired as he was he could walk it the best,One is fifteen and the other seventy years of age. Mr. and Mrs. Davis are here visiting Mrs.Davis' mother,Mrs.Dorman. Mrs.Dorman is on the sick list this week. Mr. and Mrs.Pinkley Blair were visiting their daughter,Mr.McQueen Sunday. Rev.W.E.Rossman was here again Sunday for the first time n four weeks,as he had been sick.He made a number of calls in our neighborhood.Mr.Rossman cannot go home for some time as his wife has the samll pox and is quarantined. Miss Rose Davis is working at Hurburt Ferren's now. Miss Anna Richi has a slight sttack of the grippe. Sam Koch has been home for a while but has gone away again.Fer Prairie is not large enough for most of the boys when they are grown.
