LaCamas Post February 22, 1908
Mrs.Esther Weston of Vancouver visited friends here for a few days.
Miss Clara Knapp has been visiting in Camas for the past week.
Mr.S.G.Hawkins is getting out plans for his new house and will very soon start 
to build.
Lou Collard went to Portland on business one day this week.
W.F.Collard and Fred made a trip to Portland on business one day this week.
Solomon Fisher spent Sunday on Government Island.
Lou Collard has his auto in running order now and may be seen flying along the 
roads.
Chas.Baab has his launch the "Dewey" out on the beach fixing the propellor.
Mrs.Timmons spent a day in Vancouver this week.
Miss Lillian Canaris of Cathlamet,Wn.,is visiting her sister Mrs.Hawkins.
Mrs.J.G. Allen has been visiting her daughter Hazel,who is attending the 
Willamette Uuniversity.
A surprise leap year party was given Tuesday evening in honor of Miss Lillian 
Canaris at the home of Mrs.S.A.Hawkins.
Mrs.W.F.Collard spent a few days visiting in Portland this week.
