The Columbian January 11, 1921
Four uncontested divorces were granted yesterday by Judge George B.Simpson in 
his first session on the Superior court bench. Dale McMullen,who is well know 
to Superior court "fans" as former court reporter,served in his new rols as 
deputy prosecuting attorney,in the cases.
Those securing divorces were 
Evelyn Fernea from George Frnea
Margaret Albright from William K.Albright
C.Filler fronm Agnes Filler
Nora Ogburn and Walter Ogburn
The will of Hannah larney was admitted to probate by the court.
Today,E.T.Knauss filed suit for approximately $3000 damages against Henry 
Babib,the alleged damage being inflicted as the result of an auto accident
