In The Superior Court Of The State Of Washington For The County Of Clarky
In the matter of the guardianship of Elfred A.Kern; Oscar E.Kern; and Alma 
D.Kern.
Order To Show Caue Why Real Estate Should Not Be Sold
A.B/Chalk,Gaurdian of the estate of Aldred A.Kern;Oscar E.Kern;and Alma 
D.Kern, having filed this petition herin praying for an order of sale of 
certain of the real estate,for the purposes therein set forth,it is therefore 
ORDERED that all person interested in the said estate of said minors appear 
before the said court on Monday the 19th day of October,1908 at ten o'clock in 
the forenoon of said day at the Court Room in the Court house ans said County 
to show cause,if any there be, why an order should not be granted to 
saidGuardian to sell the real estate of said minors,and it is further
ORDERED that  a copy of this order be published for at least fur successive 
weeks in the LaCamas Post,a newspaper od general circulation in said county.
