Notice is hereby given that by virtue of an order of sale issued out of the 
Superior Court of the State of Washington for Clarke County in the matter of 
the guardianship of Alfred A.Kern, Oscar E.Kern, and Alma D.Kern, and in 
obedience thereto I will receive bids for the sale of all the right title and 
interest of the above named minors in and to the following described real 
estate situated in the County of Clarke, State of Washington, to wit;
An undivided one seventh lot (1-7) interest in and to Lots One (1), Two (2), 
Seven (7), and Eight (8) in Block Eleven (11) in the town of LaCenter.
Saif real estate will be sold at private sale on or after Monday the 2nd day 
of November 1908 and sealed bids may be left with me or at the office of my 
Attorneys,McMaster &Back, Citizens Bank Building, Vancouver, or with the Clerk 
of the above named Couty. 
Terms of sale: ten percent at time of sale,balance upon confirmation of sale 
by the court.
