LaCamas Post May 16, 1908
Price Pickett,the thirteen years old son of J.R.Pickett,was seriously injured 
in a runaway Wednesday afternoon.With his brother he was driving along the 
street,when the horse became frightened and ran out of the road striking a 
rock turning the wagon over.The boys were thrown out and Price had both bones 
of his forearm and collar bone broekn and some several bruises on his 
head.Dr.Wright dressed the wounds and he is getting along as well as possible.
