Allyon Loses Suit Aganist City- Hale Wins From Mill
Dennis T.Allyon who sued the city of LaCamas for $10,000 for damages he 
alleges were sustained by falling from a walk on Fourth street last January, 
was beaten in the superior court at Vancouver last Saturday.The case was a 
hard fought one, but so far there has been no announcement of an appeal.

 A jury of the superior court gave Geo.Hale a judgement of $1183.25 against 
the Crown Columbia Company for personal damages,which Hale sustained by 
falling from a tramway last winter. Hale was struck by a cable attached to a 
car load of paper, and fell nearly twenty feet, breaking his leg. It is 
reported that the company will try for a new trial.
