LaCamas Post February 29, 1908
D.T.Allyon has presented to the city council a bill for damages for 
$10,000,for medical services $20,and for pay for time $764,making a total of 
$10,964. The alleged damages were sustained on the night of Janaury 2nd,by 
Allyon falling from a walk on Fourth street,near Haffey's saloon. E.M. 
Scanlon,Allyon's attorney,informs the coincil that suit will be brought in the 
superior court if the claim is not satisifed at once.
It is understood that the council will let Mr.Allyon bring suit if he wishes.
