In the Supeme Court of the State of Washington for Clarke County.
Virginia Barnes, plaintiff
vs.
Albert Barnes, defendant
State of Washington to the said Albert Barnes, defendant

You are hereby summoned to appear wihin sixty (60) days after the date of the 
first publication of this summons, to -wit, January 29,1915, and defend the 
above entitled action in the above entitlted court, and answer the complaint 
of the plaintiff and serve a copy of your answer on the undersigned attorneys 
for the plaintiff at their office below stated, and in case of your failure to 
do so judgement will be rendered against you according to the demand of the 
complaint which has been filed with the clerk of said court.
Notice: this is an action broughtby the plaintiff for a divorce upon the 
grounds of non support, and for the care, custody and control of the minor 
child of this plaintiff and defendant.
