Sale Of Ladd & Bourne Tract Brings Washougal And Camas Closer
News has just been received that C.M.Keep of Washougal and other associates 
have purchased the Ladd & Bourne farm at Parkers. This will be divided into 
small tracts and sold. It is a fine piece of land,and will no doubt soon be 
thickly settled. There is no doubt that Camas and Washougal will one day be 
practically one town and the dividing of this tract will hasten the day.
