Vancouver Evening Columbian January 15, 1921
Battle Ground,Jan.15- S.P.Strong,who has been on the road for a Portland 
hardware firm for 22 years, and who has been working this part of the country 
for several years made his last trip this way Friday.He says he is quitting 
the road for at least a yer,maybe forever,and says he wants to rest so is 
going to rest on a farm.
There are some farmers we know who would think running a farm a new way to 
rest.However,all of Mr.Strong's friends around Battle Ground wish him all 
kinds of good luck in his new line of work.
