For some years Joseph Gibbons and Lottie Gibbons have been man and wife, living in varying states of harmony and discords as the moods of each dictated. In his complaint Gibbons tells the court that in 1904 he inherited a tract of land from his parents, and this he has always claimed as his seperate property. The court is asked to compel the wife to return the money of which she got possession.Gibbons also alleges that since gaining possession of the money his wife has left his home and refuses to return to him.The cash is now supposed to be deposited in the Clarke County Bank,of Washougal, and a garnishment has been secured by Attorney J.P.Kerwin,who represents Gibbons in the action.
