Funeral Services For H.C.Gardner Are Held
This afternnon at 3 o'clock the funeral service of Henry C.Gardner were held 
at the Limber Undertaking parlors. Dr.Charles Baskerville officiated. The body 
will be shipped to Drain,Oregon tomorrow
Mr.Gardner,aged 72 years,died at the St.Jospeh hospital,after an illness of 
four days at the hospital. he has lived in the state for the past 12 years and 
has lived in the city on Neals Avenue for the last four years.He was born in 
Illinois.
Mr.Gardner is survived by one brother,J.W.Gardner,of Eugene,Oregon; four 
sisters;Mrs,Ruth Buchannan,of Corvallis,Oregon;Mrs.Susan Ensley of 
Eugene,Oreogn; Mrs.Lucy Sawyer of Scottsburg,Oregon; and Miss Emma Gardner,of 
Drain,Oregon,two aona,Edward Gardner of Clarkston,Charles Gardner of 
Drain,Oregon and two daughters,Mrs.J.E.Gooding of this city and 
Mrs.J.E.McPherson of Edmund,Washington.
