Vancouver Columbian, June 14, 1935
SAMUEL O'NEIL
     Succcumbing to an extended illness, Samuel O'Neil, 75, died Thursday 
morning at his home in Orchards, where he had lived for the past 34 years.  
Among the survivors are the widow, Mrs. Katherine O'Neil of Orchards: five 
daughters, Mrs. E.E. Walker of Honolulu, Mrs, Nell Heitman of Los Angeles, Mrs. 
V.T. Kendall of Long beach, Calif., Mrs. E.J. Belisle and Mrs. L.L Marble of 
Vancouver; four sons, M.W. O'Neil of Oakland, Calif., S.E. O'Neil of Glacier, 
Wash., James H. O'Neil of Seattle, and F.A. O'Neil of Long Beach, Calif.; 
twenty-six grandchildren and one great grandchild.
     Funeral services will be held Saturday morning in St. James' Catholic 
church with interment in St. James' acres.  The body will be at Kirch's chapel 
until just prior to the services.

Additional Comments:
The newspaper's date is torn off. I would assume that this is June 14th because 
he died on the 13th, and according to his death certificate was buried on the 
15th.
