Prominent Resident Succumbs
Mrs. Lloyd Whipple of Harmony died at the family home at Harmony Wednesday 
night of blood poisoning. She is survived by her husband, Lloyd Whipple, a big 
rancher in that part of the county,and two little girls aged two years and six 
weeks respectively. Mrs.Whipple was 31 years of age and had been married about 
six years. Her home before her marriage was in Salem,Oregon.
Before she married her home was in Salem,Oregon where her parents still 
reside. She is a graduate of Willamette University where she met her 
husband,also a student there. After she left college she taught in the public 
schools of Salem and also in Berkely.
Mrs.Whipple was very popular when at school and has a host of friends to mourn 
her death.
Internment took place yesterday at Fishers.
