Vancouver Independent August 9,1906
James Yale died at his home in thsi city last Friday at the age of 80 years. He 
was a native of Quebec,Canada, where he lived until coming with his family to 
this city twelve years ago, where a daughter,Mrs.James Waggener, has preceded 
them. He leaves a widow and five daughters, four of whom are residents in this 
city.
