There was a very pretty wedding last Sunday the 15th at the home of the 
bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. W.M. Chandler, of Mt.Pleasant. Their daughter, 
Mae was married to Ernest Woodfield of Astoria, Rev.Snyder of Washougal tying 
the knot.Kate Wood, a cousin of the groom acted as bridesmaid, and Frank 
Woodfield, a brother of the groom was best man. The young couple took the 3 
o'clock train for Aberdeen, Wash. for a honeymoon trip. They will return the 
latter part of the week and will then locate at Astoria,Oregon. May health, 
wealth and prosperity go with them is the wish of a host of friends. The 
wedding presents were many and costly, consisting of silverware, cut glass, 
china ware, bed spreads, and lace curtains.
