Morning Oregonian September 18,1904
A home wedding was celebrated last Wednesday evening at the home of Mrs. 
M.R.Haack,the mother of the bride.The contracting parties were Miss Pearl 
Haack and Mrs. Earl S.Sparks.The ceremony was performed in the parlors of the 
home by Rev. A.D.Skaggs,of the Christian Church.The wedding was somewhat of a 
surprise to the many  friends of the young people.The groom has been engaged 
in business here for some time,but his interests are in Idaho,and they will 
live there.
