Findings of fact: 1) Plaintiff is now and for more than one year last past has been a bona fide resident of Columbia Co., Wash.; 2) The plaintiff and defendant were married to each other at Lewiston, Idaho, on the 17th day of October, 1939, and have ever since been husband and wife; 3) No children have been born to the plaintiff and defendant as the issue of said marriage; 4) The plaintiff and defendant have no community property, and the property of the plaintiff consists of her personal belongings only; 5) The plaintiff and defendant have lived separate and apart for a period of more than five consecutive years; 6) The name of the plaintiff prior to her marriage was Sadie B. Fletcher, which she asks in her complaint be restored to her. Interlocutory decree granted Oct. 20, 1946 Sadie B. Penny deposes that the defendant is of non-military age, is not a member of the armed forces, and is now employed by the Highway Department of the State of Washington in road maintenance work in Columbia County. The defendant did not contest the divorce. The divorce was granted, and the plaintiff was allowed to use her maiden name.
