All submissions become part of the permanent collection. This small burial plot is located on property off Cedar Hills Road in the Oak Point area west of Longview. Four children of Silas and Minnie Higgins are buried here. Three died during an epidemic in the area. The land is currently owned by Grady Harris, who recently found the tombstones while clearing brush. He built a fence around it and keeps the weeds from taking over.
