Frank M. Bliss, 34, of Longview, died June 8, 2006. 

He was born July 22, 1971, in Longview to Lyle and Mary (Palmer) Bliss and was 
a lifelong local resident. 

Mr. Bliss was a handyman. 

He is survived by three sons, Zachory Atchley, Michael Bliss and John Bliss; 
three daughters, Dalaina Sullivan, Emily Bliss and Elizabeth (last name 
unavailable); a brother, Billy Zahm; three sisters, Shanon Peltier, Tori Parker 
and Terri Bliss; his mother, Mary Bliss; his father and stepmother, Lyle and 
Helen Bliss; and his grandparents, Toots and Ray Neunecker. 

A private family service was held.

Box 2067, Longview, WA 98632 or the National Kidney Foundation of Washington, 
P.O. Box 84088, Seattle, WA 98124.
