Patsy Ann Cheeks, 62, of Rainier, Oregon died January 30, 2006. 

She was born August 31, 1943 at Happy, Texas, the daughter of Millard Wallace 
Lovelady and Ruby Thelma Carnley. She was a lifelong resident of Oregon. 

She was married in Washington in 1960 to David Douglas Cheeks, who preceded her 
in death, as did her son David, her parents, and a brother. She was a Walmart 
associate for 7 years. 

Survivors include two sons Ricky Cheeks and Daniel Cheeks, daughter Patricia 
Gibbons, adopted daughter Andrea Bradford, adopted son Shane Burpee, 5 sisters, 
6 brothers, 8 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren. 


A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 4th, 2006 at 
New Song Worship Center, Kelso. 

Memorial contributions can be made to Columbia Funeral Service, 1105 Maple St., 
Longview, Washington. 

Columbia Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.
