Pamela S. DeMerritt-Britzius died January 15, 2006 at 7:43 PM after battling 
cancer since July 2001.  

She was born August 21st, 1954 to Max and Maudine DeMerritt; whom have preceded 
her in death. She was a 1972 graduate of Kelso High. She also attended Longview 
Business College in 1972-73. She married David L. Britzius August 3, 1973. She 
worked at Longview School District #112 in the media dept. also at J.C. Penney. 
She was recently employed at Rite Aide for 18 years. She is a member of Robert 
Gray Baptist Church. She enjoyed music, photography, travel, motorcycle riding, 
her children and grandkids. She was able to travel to China with her best 
friend Sherrie Parr Feb 2003 and she took her second honeymoon in Alaska August 
2005. She dearly loved to travel. 

Survivors include her husband of 31 years David L. Britzius; her brother Terry 
DeMerritt of Tyler, TX; her daughters Kimberly Cabral and Kelli Adams of 
Vancouver, WA and Katie Linthicum of Longview, WA; her granddaughter Jessica 
Wynn; grandson Iszak Wynn, and granddaughter Jasmin Adams in Vancouver. She is 
also survived by 5 nieces and 1 great niece. 

Service will be held at Steele Chapel Wednesday, January 18, 2006 at 11:00 AM. 
Viewing will be held at 9:00 AM prior to service. 

Private interment at Longview Memorial Park.
