Arnold Tripp Ennis, 93, of Longview died April 28, 2006. 

He was born Oct. 1, 1912, in Kingman, Kan., to Albert and Mabel (Tripp) Ennis 
and attended schools in Astoria. 

Mr. Ennis was a commercial fisherman. He lived in Morro Bay, Calif., for 51 
years, moving to Longview in 2004. 

He married Gladys Sphar in Astoria on Dec 31, 1936. She preceded him in death 
in 2005. 

Survivors include a son, Paul Ennis; a daughter, Carol Dahlquist; a brother, 
Ralph Ennis; two sisters, Gertrude Howard and Clara Grotting; five 
grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.

No service will be held.
