Fickett of Toutle, Washington, died peacefully March 9, 2006 at Peace Health Hospital surrounded by family. He was born March 2, 1929 in Onalaska, Washington on his grandfather's homestead. He was a 40 year member of the Eagles in Castle Rock. George was a timber faller with Weyerhaeuser most of his working years and retired in 1989 after 34 years.
