Wayne G. Fong, 69, of Scappoose, died March 13, 2006. 

He was born Dec. 21, 1936, in Canton, China and moved to the U.S. at the age of 
eight. He lived in Idaho, Pendleton, Ore., Portland and Longview before moving 
to Scappoose earlier this year. 

Mr. Fong owned the Tea House Restaurant in Longview until 1994 and worked at K-
Mart until 2005. 

He is survived by a daughter, Kikki Ashley; a son, Justin Fong; a sister, Tammy 
Kwong; and a granddaughter. 

A private family service will be held. 

Arrangements are by Columbia Funeral & Cremation Center, Scappoose.
