Judy Ellen Garcia, 59, of Longview died March 2, 2006. 

She was born Aug. 20, 1946, in Longview to George Holmes and Charlotte Ellen 
(Curry) Oxford. 

She lived in the Longview area most of her life and worked in housekeeping and 
maid service for local motels and nursing homes. 

Survivors include three sons, Henry Hughes, Eugene Hughes and Philip Benson; a 
daughter, Tabatha Hartman; two brothers, Milo Oxford and Bruce Oxford; six 
grandchildren; four nieces; and three nephews. 

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Church of Jesus 
Christ of Latter-day Saints 3rd Ward. The viewing will be held from noon to 5 
p.m. Friday at Steele Chapel at Longview Memorial Park & Crematory.
