Lewis Ellard Guetzloe, 71, of Kalama died May 13, 2006. 

He was born Nov. 8, 1934, in Longview to Gus and Elva (Richards) Guetzloe. He 
grew up in Kalama, but graduated from high school in Kamiah, Idaho. He returned 
to Kalama five years later. 

Mr. Guetzloe was a fork lift operator for Pope and Talbot and Reynolds Metals. 

He married Ida May Warner on March 2, 1957, in Kamiah. She precede him in death 
Nov. 19, 2003. 

Survivors include two sons, Russell Guetzloe and Greg Guetzloe; a daughter, 
Jeneva Johnson; a sister, Luana Rasmussen; seven grandchildren; and three great-
grandchildren. 

At his request, no service will be held. 

Memorial contributions may be made to the Kalama Volunteer Fire Department, 
P.O. Box 322, Kalama, WA, 98625.
