Herold Theodore Herold, 90 of Portland, died Jan. 21, 2006.

He was born Feb. 26, 1915, in Montrose, Colo, to Theodore and Elsie (Elavey)
Harold.  He graduated from Kelso HIgh School in 1933.

Mr. Harold served in the Coast Guard before returning to the local area to work 
at Long-Bell, Martin Transfer Moving Company and as a truck driver for Longview 
City Cleanery until he retired.

He is survived by three sons, Quentin "Ted" Herold, Thomas Herold and Timothy 
Herold; a daughter, Brenda Bonner; three brothers, Robert Herold, Reo Herold 
and Howard Herold; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and 
nephews.

A graveside service will be at 1:30 p.m. today at Willamette Cemetery in 
Portland.

Arrangements are by Sunnyside Little Chapel of the Chimes, Portland.
