Florence M. Marston passed away January 6, 2006 at the Community Hospice 
Center. 

She was born November 13, 1914 in Roswell, South Dakota to parents Jacob 
Heiserman and Alice Reiser Heiserman of Roswell. Florence, her brother, Casey 
Heiserman and her two children; Beverly Rhoads and Dean Jacobs moved from Rapid 
City, South Dakota to Longview, Washington. Here she met Clayton Marston in 
1942. They celebrated 50 years of marriage. 

She is preceded in death by her husband, Clayton, her parents, one sister and 
seven brothers. Florence was the last to survive. 

Her daughter, Beverly Rhoads of Longview and Dean Jacobs of Parker, Arizona 
survived her. Florence was a very giving person. Her friends and family loved 
her very much. She has seven grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren. 
After her husband Clayton passed away, she lived with her daughter Beverly for 
twelve years. Florence enjoyed fishing with her husband, cooking, gardening, 
shopping, sports and traveling in the motorhome to the coast. She was a 
wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother. An immaculate dresser, 
she will be remembered by friends and family for her quick wit and humorous 
comments. 

A gathering of family and friends to celebrate her life will be held on 
Saturday, January 28, 2006 at the Monticello Hotel from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. 

Florence, you will always be in our hearts and never forgotten. We love you 
very much.

Memorial contributions may be made to Community Home Health Hospice Center in
