Arthur B. McAlister, 56, of Castle Rock died May 23, 2006. 

He was born Sept. 9, 1949, in Reedley, Calif., to Arthur and Darlene (Nelson) 
McAlister and graduated from R. A. Long High School. He moved to Castle Rock 
five years ago. 

Mr. McAlister served in the Air Force and worked for Weyerhaeuser Co. for 35 
years. 

He is survived by two brothers, David McAlister and Terry McAlister. 

A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday in Long Beach. For more 
details, call 274-6347. 

Memorial contributions may be made to the Christian Children's Fund, 2821 
Emerywood Parkway, Richmond, VA 23294.
