He entered the Navy in April of 1944. He married Catherine (Margie) McCauley on February 11, 1949. He worked as a sheet metal mechanic and welder as part of the Sheet Metal Union. He was a great example of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and also a true boy scout. Tom is survived by his 2 children, Kerry (American Fork, UT) and Jeanine (Auburn, WA), 8 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren. He also had many adopted children, grandchildren, and beloved friends. A viewing will be held on Thursday, June 22, 2006 from 5-8 p.m. at Fir Lawn Chapel in Toledo. A Funeral Service will take place on Friday, June 23, 2006 at 1:00 p.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Toledo. Burial will be at Lone Hill Cemetery in Toledo.
