Ophelia (Shuler) Milloy, 74, of Portland, died March 16, 2006. 

She was born Oct. 13, 1931, in Bryson City, N.C. She lived in Longview from 
1948 to 1959. 

Mrs. Milloy worked in quality control for Owens Illinois Glass Co., from 1961 
to 1994. 

She is survived by two daughters, Susan Fox and Lynn Milloy; two sons, Ronald 
Milloy and Mark Milloy; three sisters, Helen Sanders, Jeanette Slaughter and 
Mildred Toland; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. 

A private gathering will be held at a later date. 

Arrangements are by Rose City Cemetery & Funeral Home, Portland.
