Rocky was a Millwright, a Vietnam Era Veteran, and an Exalted Ruler of the Kelso Elks. He was active in the local Democratic Party, and active in the local Millwright/Carpenters Union. Rocky loved to play his guitar, golf, snowmobile, and ride motorcycles. He is survived by his father, George Parsons; his sister, Vicki Fritz; sons, Ken Parsons, Tom Parsons, Marc Hinton, and Roger Hinton; Grandchildren, Kenny Parsons, Tyler Parsons, Connor Parsons, and Rachel Parsons. Services will be held at Rose Valley Friends Church at 2:00 PM on Saturday, February 18th. A potluck will follow services. Dahl-McVicker was in charge of the arrangements.
