Paul Harry Howard Patrick, 57, of Castle Rock died June 3, 2006. 

He was born Nov. 21, 1948, in Tacoma to Paul and Germaine Patrick. He graduated 
from Sumner High School in 1967. 

Mr. Patrick served in the Air Force during the Vietnam War and was a welder for 
Team Inc., for 15 years. 

He is survived by five daughters, Denise Patrick, Renie Phipps, Toni Jones, 
Sara Patrick and Paula Patrick; two sisters, Ginette Escamillo and Mary Smith; 
a brother, Johnny Patrick; his caregiver and best friend, Ardoth Fisk; and 
three grandchildren. 

A celebration of his life was held June 8 in Edgewood, Wash. 

Memorial contributions may be made to the Community Home Health & Hospice, P.O. 
Box 2067, Longview, WA 98632. 

Cremation took place under the direction of Columbia Funeral Service.
