Arden Jane Riser died on June 17, 2006 	 

Ardi loved life and laughter. Her compassion for others and ability to impart 
her sense of humor to lift other's spirits will be missed beyond measure. Her 
husband, Jim Riser, who she loved with all her heart, survives her in 
Vancouver, Washington. Their love and enduring devotion to each other in 28 
years of marriage is an inspiration to what love is all about. 

She enjoyed creating her unique garden and collecting all things cobalt blue. 
Her dog, Nick was her constant companion and gave her joy. As one of Jehovah's 
Witnesses for more than thirty years, Ardi developed many lasting relationships 
and leaves us with fond memories and cherished moments of laughter. 

Ardi resided in Vancouver for the past 21 years and is survived by her 
following family: daughter, Tammy Hepner and grandson, Colby Hepner from 
Vancouver, Washington; sister, Mary Olson from Canby, Oregon; sister, Nancy 
Davis from Castle Rock, Washington; sister, Christine Cavaness from Vancouver, 
Washington; and sister, Claudia Shepherd from Castle Rock, Washington. 

A Memorial Service will be held at 2 pm on Saturday, June 24, 2006 at the 
Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 13308 NE 28th Street in Vancouver. 
Evergreen Staples Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
