Richard "Dick" Willis Schendel, 63, of Longview died June 10, 2006.

He was born Sept. 7, 1942, in Milaca, Minn, to Melton and Lillian (Kemis) 
Schendel.

Mr. Schendel moved to Longview in 1994 from Minnesota.   He was a truck driver 
for 30 years.

He survived by a daughter, Delaine Schendel Johnson; a stepson, Tracy French; 
friends Jim Gray and family; numerous siblings and four grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 2 pm Tuesday at Steele Chapel in Longview.

Memorial contributions may be made to Community Home Health & Hospice, PO Box 
2067, Longview, WA  98632.

Arrangements are by Longview Memorial Park and Crematory.
