Polly Sue Sorensen, 45, of Castle Rock died May 13, 2006, after an eight-month 
battle with cancer. 

She was born Dec. 17, 1960, in Longview to Melvin and Frances Ilene (Johnson) 
Kayser Jr. 

She was a homemaker and is survived by her parents; two daughters, Lisa 
Sorensen and Samantha Sorensen; two brothers, Mike Kayser and Dan Kayser; a 
sister, Kathy Bates; and friend and caregiver Frank Murias. 

A celebration of life service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Castle Rock 
Eagles. Memorial contributions may be made to the Lower Columbia Regional 
Cancer Center, P.O. Box 3002, Longview, WA 98632.
