Keith John Stearns, 79, of Portland died May 23, 2006. 

He was born July 6, 1926, in Kelso and was a long-time local resident. He also 
lived on Whidbey Island for several years before moving to Portland. 

Mr. Stearns was a cabinet maker with Weyerhaeuser Co. 

His wife, Mary Ann Stearns, preceded him in death in 1976. 

Mr. Stearns is survived by a cousin, Rae Neustel; and numerous nieces and 
nephews. 

A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Cowlitz View Memorial 
Gardens. 

Memorial contributions may be made a charity of choice. 

Arrangements are by Springer & Son Funeral Home.
