Elsie G. Thayer, 91, of Tacoma died May 21, 2006. 

She was born April 4, 1915, in Willows, Calif., to Lucian and Anna (Murray) 
Gregg and graduated from Olympia High School. 

She married Frank Thayer on June 30, 1934. They lived in several parts of the 
Northwest, including Toledo and Chehalis. 

Her husband died in August 1978. 

Mrs. Thayer is survived by a daughter, Nelma Thayer; and a nephew, Bob Thayer. 

A memorial gathering will be held 1 p.m. Friday at the Masonic Lodge in 
Chehalis. Private inurnment will take place at Claquato Cemetery in Chehalis. 

Arrangements are by Brown Mortuary, Chehalis.
