Rolph Robert Tunley, 87, of Longview died Dec. 23, 2005.  

He was born Sept. 5, 1918, in San Luis Obispo, Calif, to Roy A. and Carrie Ann 
(Rios) Tunley.  He graduated from Oakdale High School in 1936.  Mr. Tunley was 
a truck driver.  He lived in Rosberg for 30 years before moving to Longview six 
years ago.

He married Sophie Boen in Reno, Nev. in 1970.  She survives him.  Also 
surviving are two sons, Robert "T.J." Tunley and Dave Parks; a stepson, Dennis 
Doan; two daughters, Kathleen Parks and Sandi Tunley; and two grandchildren.

No service will be held.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Grays River 
Fire Department and Ambulance Fund, 4631 SR 4 W. Grays River, WA. 98621

Arrangements are by Dahl-McVicker Funeral Home.
