Both above notices must remain when copied or downloaded. dittmer@televar.com ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Del Rio Cemetery T29N R29E Section 19 Tombstones inscriptons were compiled by Darlene Rice Dittmer for the "Pioneers to Power, Historical Sketches of the Grand Coulee Dam area, published in 1976. According to this history, the cemetery was formed in 1910 on land donated by Ed Thoren. The cemetery is about 16 miles west of Grand Coulee on Highway 174. Turn north from that highway at milepost 5, on Road U NE, the old Del Rio-Coulee City Road. Just over four miles the road T's at the Del Rio Grange Hall, go right, or east, for three miles. The cemetery is on the south side of the road in the northwest corner of Section 19 T29N R29E. A small memorial in the form of a church stands along the road, commerating the Del Rio Church.
