Charles B. Beadell
Bridgeport - Charles B. Beadell, 62, died on Wednesday, Aug. 2, 1989, in 
Okanagan-Douglas County Hospital at Brewster. He was born on Nov. 2, 1906, at 
Coral County, Iowa, to Clarence and Cora (Woods) Beadell. He moved with his 
family to Puyallup as a child and in 1933 moved to Pateros where he worked in 
the apple industry. 

He worked on construction beginning in 1937, helping to build Grand Coulee Dam 
and other projects. He retired after working on the Libby Dam in Montana. 

He married Elna Pfau on Nov. 17, 1967, at Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. They had lived 
in Bridgeport for several years. 

Survivors include his son, "    ", Bridgeport; one Daughter, "   ", 
Bridgeport; a stepdauhgter, "  ", California; two stepsons, "  " and "  ", 
both of Olympia; a brother, Claude Beadell, Bridgeport; one sister, Lilian 
Neddles, Arizona; and three grandchildren. He was preceeded in death by his 
wife. 
Arrangments are by Barnes Chapel in Brewster
