The men who were bunking around the machine discovered that Hoffman had died during Friday night. Heart trouble was given as the cause of death. He was a single man and the only relative known was 92 year old uncle who lives in Ohio. Twelve Wenatchee members of the Eagles lodge came up and conducted the funeral as Hoffman was a member of the lodge.
