The photo shows George sitting on a cart smoking a cigar.  A sign is attached to
the front of the cart says "Paying Election Debts.  George had just won his
second term as Aberdeen city councilman in 1910.  His campaign costs were
slightly over $23.

Additional Comments:
George was an avid sportsman.  He particularly enjoyed fishing.  The is a creek
in the very center of Olympic National Park that bears his name.
