Joseph was born on November 4, 1920 in Great Falls Montana to Dr. Clifton 
and Lillie Albright.

He served in the US Navy during World War II.

In June 1943 he married Phyllis Ray.

After the service he earned a Bachelor of Divinity degree (1952) and served 
churches in Tacoma and Auburn.

Later he earned a Master's in Education and changed to vocational counseling 
for the Federal Way school district.

He is survived by his daughter, Charlotte Byers.

He was predeceased by a son Fred.   As his wife is not listed as surviving 
him, it is assumed she died prior to his death.
