Born 11/10/30 in New York City, NY (no parents listed).
He married Jean Ross in 1954 and they had 3 sons: Webster, Bradford and 
Garrett.   Jean died in 1998.
In 2002 he married Virginia Webster.   She died in 2013.
He is survived by two of his sons:   Webster (Carol) Augustine III, of Menlo 
Park, CA and Bradford Gordon (Linda) Augustine of Seattle.   Also:  sister 
Deirdre Plunkett of Seattle.

He was preceded in death by his first wife Jean, second wife Virginia and son 
Garrett.
